i hate breakfast.
correction, i don't hate all breakfast. in fact one of my favourite meals is diner breakfast the morning after a party however if i ate at a diner every morning my wallet would be empty and i would have the thighs of the mom from what's eating gilbert grape.
i end up drinking tons of coffee, a bagel or cereal and then two hours later i'm starving all over again. i'm finding it difficult to eat a decent breakfast that doesn't leave me snacking on empty carbohydrates for the rest of the day. has anyone tried yogurt/berries/granola? thoughts?

My favourite breakfast is almost exactly what you're describing.
I put some yogurt in a bowl. Then I add some muesli (like granola but not as much fat). Then I pour some light maple syrup over the muesli and top it with berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries. Bananas also work.) It's delicious!

I must agree, breakfast is one of my favourite meals of the day. Glass of water, glass of OJ, fruity yoghurt w/ fresh berries and granola, side toasted whole wheat english muffin, side banana.
Nutritious and fills you up. I'm good for at least 3 hours after that.
Best part, when I do want a mid morning snack, my healthy breaky gives incentive to continue eating healthy!
Enjoy dis. x
